Now that Saint Lucia’s economy is back on track, its prime minister, Kenny Anthony, is offering citizenship to prospective investors willing to make a real commitment to the island, as well as other inducements. He is also looking for closer ties with other Caribbean and Latin American countries.

Jamaica has carved a niche as a business process outsourcing hub. Anthony Hylton, Jamaica's minister of industry, investment and commerce, explains how government plans will further build on the growth already experienced by what is quickly becoming a key sector within the country's economy.
